A walk in London

What a day! 

Year 4 were very lucky to have a trip into London to admire the sights and landmarks. We started our journey at Hainault station. We got on the train and travelled 15 stops to St Paul's station. We got off the train heading towards to St Paul's Cathedral. Once we had a look around the area, keeping tally of London Buses, Policeman, Black cabs.  We walked to the nearest telephone boxes to completed one of our challenges. How many people can we fit in a telephone box?
After a few pictures, we walked across the Millennium Bridge, looked from left to right and were fascinated with the sights. We saw Tower Bridge, the Shard, Tate Modern, The Globe theatre, the Gherkin, London Eye and the City of London School. Not forgetting the River Thames. 
Finally we had lunch and were very lucky to go and stand right next to the Shard. The children were amazed by the size and structure of the building! 
We all had fantastic day and thank you so much to parents which helped us.

    WOW! You must have had lots of fun. I am going on four different trips. One I'm going to the Royal Albert Hall with choir, I am going to Barbican Hall with our music teacher and we are going to see the London Symphony ochresta plus I'm going next Week! I'm am going swimming lessons for six weeks with my class and I'm going to Murphy,s world with the whole year group.
